Refund Policy


Refunds apply exclusively to payments made in Russian Rubles (RUB) and are processed only upon submission of a support request and after a thorough review.

Refund Terms:
A refund may be requested if the services were not provided in full or were not delivered in accordance with the order terms.

Refund Procedure:
To request a refund, the customer must contact our support team and provide all necessary details regarding the transaction. Each request will be carefully evaluated to ensure compliance with our policies and applicable regulations.

Review & Processing Time:
Refund requests are reviewed within up to 3 calendar days. If approved, the refund will be processed within up to 7 calendar days.

Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds to alternative accounts, wallets, or payment methods are not permitted.
